Good for data collection
I purchased the StayFi Pro Plan along with a WiFi Hardware Bundle. The ordering process was simple, and the bundle arrived in about five business days. Installation of the access point was fairly easy, though I did need to check the online guide for a couple of steps. The Guest Data Collection and Email Marketing Automation features have been working well for my properties. I set up a few Automated Welcome Emails, which seem to be a nice touch for guests. The WiFi Management Dashboard is intuitive enough, I can check all my properties from one place. I haven't needed support yet, everything has been stable, but it's good to know it's there. My only minor thing is the splash page customization could be a little more flexible, but it does the job.
